Pros:
- Variety. I never felt like I was doing the same thing. I performed recruiting, internal training, benefits, and more.
- Whirlpool has a well organized program and makes it fun for interns.
- Really enjoyed an employee motivation/datusfaction survey that I helped facilitate. I love the strategic part of HR.
Cons:
HR (in general, not just Whirlpool) has a bland/bad repuation amongst employees.
Advice for other students:
Whirlpool is a solid company and it's good to see which HR field I'm most interested in.
