If you are looking for real-world work experience instead of busy work then our Student Program is the answer for you! We view our Student Program essential to our company's future success and it has become an integral part of the company's goals in developing and hiring the best candidates into The Velcro Companies. You will be involved in working on real time projects with senior management, participate in project meetings, lead presentations and be held to the same performance standards as our full-time employees. You will also receive valuable feedback throughout the duration of your assignment with us that will help you to grow both personally and professionally.
What makes working with us a unique experience? We have solidified a program that integrates our students' ideas into our everyday work environment and have created a family for our students to be a part of. We sponsor student activities on our campus that foster and develop a support system for students while employed with The Velcro Companies through a student program network list. Examples of these activities include luncheons, brainstorming sessions, organized trips to minor league baseball games, discount tickets to area attractions and many more activities.
Many of our Student Program participants work for the Velcro Companies full time after graduation continuing their growth and success as professionals in all areas of business.

Pros:
- Learned Six Sigma methodologies.
- Worked with engineers to increase efficiency in production. Pretty interesting how Velcro is made in mass.
- Velcro Open culture that valued and looked out for their interns.
- Lots of networking opportunities and you're in meetings with senior managers.
Cons:
- Didn't really enjoy the town too much.
- Maybe more of a innovation-like culture.
