- Lots of research on PepsiCo brands on social media.
- Exposure to Mountain Dew Social Lab and Dunkin Donuts CRM.
- Learned about content management systems and SEO.
- The Tribal office was very fun.

Advice for other students:
Get exposure to the hard skills like social analytics, different CMSs, and CRM. These digital skills are in demand.
