Founded in 1974 by Sandy Tinsley, with little more than a typewriter and a desk, Tinsley Advertising has grown into one of the largest independent agencies in the Southeast. Sandy’s desk is a little bigger now, but she still sits behind it every day, presiding over an enviable roster of regional, national and international clients, as well as a team of some of the nation’s best creative and strategic thinkers.*

Pros:

Definitely recommend, would do it again. Learned a lot at my design internship!

Cons:

Not a big agency, but that was okay with me.

Advice for other students:

It's tough to get ad agency internships, keep applying and find a way in.
