Timken welcomes exceptional students who want to gain practical experience while applying their classroom knowledge and skills.

Our internship program allows students to gain real job experience and receive on-the-job training that focuses on our technologies and methodologies. We offer summer internships at many of our global locations in a broad range of disciplines including:

• Engineering
• Information Systems
• Corporate Functions (i.e. finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, etc.)

 At Timken, we value our interns. And, we offer an intern program that consists of many benefits that you won’t find at other companies, such as:

• Learning sessions that focus on soft skills in addition to the technical, on-the-job experience.
• Networking sessions that allow interns to meet with Timken executives and associates in all parts of the company.
