Pros: - Great supervisor that allowed me to be a part of deal teams. - Culture was laid back, but productive. - Learned Salesforce software and how the enterprise sales cycle works.There is a ton of money to be made in enterprise software sales. - Really enjoyed my fellow interns. Cons: Not that good of brand recognition. Nobody I told really knew about Tech Data. Advice for other students: Tech Data was a good itnernship, I recommend it.

Pros: Variety of finance and accounting tasks. Worked a little on an internal audit and also got to work on a business unit forecast. I really enjoyed the forecasting and budget because there is some strategy in that work. Also, everybody was friendly and willing to help out the interns. Cons: For such a large company, not too many people know them outside of Tampa and tech areas. Advice for other students: Tech Data is a great company that strongly supports interns.

Pros: - You learn how large sales deals are done. - Put together some strategy decks. - Gym. - Supervisor and other sales people were nice to us interns. Took us out, asked about our lives, etc. Cons: - Didn't feel a lot of energy within Tech Data. Kind of felt like employees were just doing their job and not excited about growth, etc. Advice for other students: It's a great place to learn. I enjoyed it.
