Are you a student looking for the opportunity to work side-by-side with professionals? An internship or co-op offers tremendous rewards for both you and our employees. Our internship and co-op programs combine academic study and hands-on practical experience.
How it works: A training and learning partnership is developed between you, our company and your college or university. You'll be given actual projects where your input makes a difference. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with department team members, management and senior staff while learning about functional areas beyond your department and role.
What is an intern? Co-op? Interns are typically hired for a three-month, full-time assignment. Part-time internships may also be available, allowing you to work part-time all year for a specific period of time while attending classes at a university.
Co-ops are typically hired for a six-month, full-time assignment. Students generally take a full semester and the summer off from school for co-op assignments. Depending on the university, you may receive credit for your co-op work experience.
For internships and co-ops, most managers look for students who have completed their junior or senior year to ensure that they have lab and/or research experience. Note: Neither interns or co-ops are eligible for employee benefits or accrued vacation or paid time off.
