Pros:

- You'll learn sales techniques and the enterprise sales process.
- Good pay.
- Managers and everybody else will help you out.
- Leads to fulltime offers.

Cons:

There is a learning curve to sales. Also, some of the note-keeping with lead management can be tedious.

Advice for other students:

Make sure you want to do sales.

Pros:

- Given freedom to work and present my on ideas to creatively solve some HR situations: social media, onboarding, and applicant experience.
- Very smart HR team. Very much enjoyed problem solving with them.
- Feedback from manager.
- Good pay.

Cons:

none.

Advice for other students:

Be proactive and take on projects. HR can be creative.
