Pros:
I was an intern representative for SanDisk at Best Buy, Staples, and Radio Shack. I worked a ton on training and education for SanDisk products. I enjoyed the internship and I learned a ton about field marketing.
Cons:
- Not given too much direction.
- Felt kind of on my own.
Advice for other students:
I'd look at corporate SanDisk internships before doing the field rep internship.

Pros:
You learn the guts of merchandising and get to work with some huge retailers. SanDisk is a reputable company that people within the industry know. Training and pay are both pretty solid.
Cons:
Not much support or guidance. You don't really feel part of a team.
Advice for other students:
SanDisk is a great company. My other piece of advice is to get a sales job/internship, while painful, if will serve you well to know how to sell.
