Pros:
- You get the feel that Rosetta is grooming you and that they invest in teaching you the systems.
- Worked on real client problems/situations
- Loved the creative and strategy meetings that I got to be a part of.
- The market research is also fun and intense. I noticed the the insights/analytic people were important.
Cons:
- Some general admin tasks.
Advice for other students:
Unlike many ad agencies Rosetta makes a good amount of entry level hires. Overall, loved the internship.

Pros:
- I got to see how the agency business works. They were open and candid about the process.
- Learned how to create proposals, track time against projects, etc.
- Worked on real client projects. Most was just design touchups and other small items like email.
- You feel like you are on the cutting edge of digital, which is cool.
- Tremendous creative leadership, ate up those meetings.
- Learned a lit bit about SEO, which I knew nothing about before Rosetta.
Cons:
- Keeping track of time is a pain.
Advice for other students:
Find a way into the agency and get creative when applying (as you should at any agency). Also, be enthusiastic and don’t be scared to ask simple questions about projects.

Pros:
- Really enjoyed the high level view of posting jobs, screening, interview cycles, offers, onboarding, etc.
- Learned some HR software, which I assume will be a marketable skill.
- Smart and talented HR team (some HR teams can be dull).
- Rosetta hires lots of students for intern and entry level jobs.
- Worked on a college recruitment event project and loved it.
Cons:
- I did have to do some typical intern-clerical work. Kind of sucked, but not too bad.
Advice for other students:
Great opportunity! HR in a high growth company is terrific. Loved Rosetta.

Pros:
- Analyzed internal operations and worked on some data driven projects for clients. Really enjoyed the work. Data doesn't lie and is at the center of Rosetta!
- The internal operations analysis was pretty eye opening. Interesting to see how agencies deal with this.
- I was given freedom and my managers and co-workers took what I said seriously. I felt like part of the team rather than a lowly intern.
- Overall, I loved working at Rosetta.
Cons:
Some of the data analysis got tedious. Would love to have had a mixture of data, strategy, and creative work. More rotational.
Advice for other students:
Know your excel. And yes, that means pivot tables.

Pros:
Worked on Sallie Mae's Retail Banking line and MSC Industrial Supply Company's Enco Brand. Interesting brands. Most of my work inolved supporting the paid search team. Really interesting to see things at that scale. I'd used simple Google Adwords tools before, but Rosetta had robust tools and I'm glad to now have those hard skills. Rosetta is a great company filled with a ton of passionate young people.
Cons:
Hamilton, NJ isn't that cool.
Advice for other students:
Rosetta hires a ton of recent college grads and interns.
