Pros:

You don't often see big name clients in Philly, but you do at Red. Oh, and they're an Ad Age Small Agency of the Year gold recipient.

Cons:

Lots of hours, lot of commitment, with no pay. Interns work their butts off and the only form of compensation they receive is a transit pass. Seems a little unfair considering many of the smaller agencies that do not have big clients pay their interns.

Interview Questions & Process:

Email them and pray you hear back. Multiple employees interview you during your time in the office. It is a very relaxed process because there is no formal HR at Red.

Advice for other students:

Have experience before you apply. Nothing worse than making a fool of yourself when you come in for an interview with nothing to talk about but your classes.
