Pros:

- Prudential reputation.
- Learned Argus and other valuation software.
- Good people.
- Boss gave me freedom and flexibility.
- At the end of the internship, I really understood the underwriting process for evaluating potential commercial loan opportunities.

Cons:

- Some slow days.
- Heavy excel and analysis.

Advice for other students:

I'm a big fan of commercial real estate finance and Prudential showed me a great time during the internship.
