Pros:

- Smart team.
- Worked on the marketing plan for PolyOne's OnForce LFT.
- Survey experience.
- I did learn a lot about marketing at a large organization.

Cons:

- Generating leads with the sales force.
- Not too many people know PolyOne.

Advice for other students:

Working at a large company is a ton different than working at a smaller organization.

Pros:

The good parts of the internship were the people, experience, paid, and PolyOne does a good job supporting interns.

Cons:

Downtime.
Workflow.

Advice for other students:

Try to get assigned to interesting project while at your internship.
