Play hires 3-5 summer interns each summer. Play internships are located in their Richmond, VA headquarters. All internships are paid internships (stipend).
Highlights
Interns act as a team and create a real product/experience for clients. It's a lot of pressure to create client-ready thinking, but interns will gain the experience of launching a real service.

Play, a Prophet company, specializes in creativity and innovation. They develop ideas and strategies that drive growth and improve performance for our clients.
*Internships at Prophet have a three-part objective. At the end of their time, students will: (1) understand Prophet’s philosophy of Ideas of Impact through Inspiration, (2) know how to identify examples of innovative thinking and applications, and (3) build creative exercises and mechanisms for divergent thinking in business
Positions available:
We are looking for a team of three interns to work together to build a series of creative thinking mechanisms for clients. Specifically, we seek one designer and two curators. Our designer should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop with an ability to think visually. Our two curators should have a curious personality to find and discover interesting pieces of information across a range of disciplines combined with writing skills to craft communications so that others can understand and apply these insights. Often the best ideas come from people who can put all the pieces together, a quality necessary in either role.
