Pros: - The size of PetSmart's retail operations. - Merchandising experience. - Analytics. - Friendly team and culture. Bring your pet to work day! - Events. Cons: Wasn't as creative as I thought it would be. Advice for other students: Big retail is a good place to be. Also, lots of talk about PetSmart transitioning digitally, so try to know that space.
