Marketing Leadership Rotation Program (MLRP) Internship Program
This internship program is designed to give students a 10- to 12-week preview of the MLRP program that’s designed to attract and develop exceptional marketing talent.

The MLRP program offers strategic developmental assignments in key business functions in marketing, including advertising, brand, market research and analytics, strategy and innovation.

As an intern, you’ll receive high-impact, high-profile assignments and be considered a full-time associate. You’ll also receive access to many of the elements that make the rotation program an outstanding opportunity, including meaningful assignments, coaching and feedback and professional networking.

Financial Leadership Rotation Internship Program
The Nationwide Financial Leadership Rotation Internship Program (FLRP) is a 10 to 12-week rotation in one of the following departments -- finance, investments, strategy, marketing, accounting or internal audit. Interns receive high-impact, high-profile assignments and are considered full-time associates.Assignments are designed and prioritized by top financial leaders, including our enterprise chief financial officer and chief investment officer, to stretch interns’ comfort zones and add value to the organization.

Pros: - Great marketing team that really cares about the brand. - Trusted with creating weekly competitive analysis on Nationwide competition. This was read by senior leaders and agency. - Helped but together creative brief for NASCAR sponsorship. - Got to assist in NASCAR pr/marketing events. These were very fun and I feel lucky that Nationwide allowed me to be a part of them. - Learned a ton about the sports sponsorship world. Cons: - Wish I could have been more a part of the creative process. Advice for other students: My advice is the work in a large corporate department and an ad agency. Get to know both world's - they are very different.
