Pros:

- Mr. Youth has amazing (and huge) client like P&G and Microsoft.
- Cutting edge of social and experiencial marketing. They are a top-notch marketer for the college-type demographic.
- Social media experience: content, activity, monitoring, analytics, insights, reporting, and strategy.
- I think the best part of the internship was the intern project. I had an intern group of 7 and we created a campaign for a well known consumer product brand. This was a great experience and we got the chance to pitch to the whole agency at the end of the internship.
- Cool office in NYC.
- Entrepreneurial culture.

Cons:

- Wanted to see more production (TV, Print, etc).

Advice for other students:

My advice is to (1) know social media, (2) know analytics, and (3) learn the finance/budgeting side of advertising. This is Mad Men and if you don't have a solid business foundation, clients won't like you.
