Pros: - Modernista! has very, very smart employees. You can learn a lot by just soaking in the work and participating. - You have freedom. The freedom allows you to get involved in what you choose. - Interactive is exploding right now. So, if you have tech knowledge, this could be a great fit. Cons: There is no hand holding.
