Pros:
- Uber sophisticated analytics and measurement.
- Fascinating to see the numbers behind everything.
- Fast growing and large business. Geez, the site is blowing up and making money.
- Nice people.
- Free coffee.
- Really enjoyed Dallas.
Cons:
Some people say there are office politics, but I guess that is true anywhere.
Advice for other students:
If you can, get an internship here. It's fascinating and also a great conversation started for entry level jobs (people like Match).

Pros:
- It's part of IAC now, but the company is very financially successful. You have to love th business model.
- Huge marketing budgets and it was amazing to look into the analytics behind customer acquisition. Made me re-think the role of marketing.
- In general, people were nice and friendly to me. They included me in some happy hours and hangouts which was fun.
- Impressed my the intelligence of everyone.
Cons:
I hope they can continue to grow and I wish I could have seen more of the creative development process (brand positions, messaging, etc).
Advice for other students:
If you are into marketing a math, this will be a dream internship for you. Match.com is also a well recognized brand and everybody loved talking about my internship.
