Pros:
- Growing internet company.
- Good brand recognition.
- Worked on some interesting design projects.
- Given freedom to create. Not micromanaged.
- The designers at LendingTree took to the time to give me feedback and work with me.
Cons:
- LendingTree doesn't hire many (if any) entry level designers.
- Reduced price lunches aren't too tasty.
Advice for other students:
Great brand.
