Pros:
Intern events.
Chicago is a cool city.
KPMG did a great job exposing my intern group to all types of client work. We worked across clients in the public sector, healthcare, and consumer products.
Paid.
KPMG hires a ton of interns after the internship. I got an offer after the internship.
Cons:
Audit can get tedious. A lot depends on the client. Also, busy season can be rough.
Advice for other students:
I highly recommend majoring in accounting and KPMG.
