Pros:

Learned merchandising terminology and measurement practices from my boss at JCPenney. I was also able to propose and pitch marketing/sales recommendations to the management level.

Cons:

- Decent amount of busy work.
- Would have loved to have seen more of the buying process.

Advice for other students:

Devote time and effort to the internship search - they matter when looking for an entry level role.
