Pros:
- Great brand recognition.
- Savvy designers/ engineers, fun to discuss future of cars.
- Well organized program and paid.
Cons:
Detroit wasn't that cool.
Advice for other students:
I think Ford has turned it around. Fun to work at an auto company, but feels cyclical to me - not sure I want to make a career out of an auto company.
