Pros:

- Good reputation.
- Growing bank, but not the huge size of the mega-banks.
- My commercial banking group taught me a ton about the actual operations of a bank. I loved seeing different business plans and learning how to evaluate loan feasibility and lending amount.

Cons:

Fifth Third doesn't have a formal internship program (at least not yet).

Advice for other students:

Get to know a "hiring manager" at the bank and try to get a foot in the door.
