Pros:
- FannieMae taught me all about risk management.
- Understanding of how the housing market and mortgages really work and their impact on the economy.
- DC is fun.
Cons:
- It's not the coolest finance gig compared to other places.
- Audit can get really tedious.
Advice for other students:
If you are into risk, audit, and housing this will be a great summer.

Pros:
- Learned how to extract and calculate a bunch of financial data at FannieMae.
- Risk mgmt is something I knew little about, but it's now at the core of a ton of banks. Good thing to learn.
Cons:
I got the feeling that a lot of people were just there punching the clock and getting a paycheck.
Advice for other students:
Overall, I was satisfied with the FannieMae program. I enjoyed my summer there.
