Pros:

- Smart group and I got the feeling that everybody was paid well.
- Feed into entry level hiring.
- Risk management field is growing like crazy and this internship gives me a leg up at all huge banks.

Cons:

Be prepared for lots of stats, excel, and analytics.

Advice for other students:
