Pros:

I worked in the buying department during my internship, but they rotated me through all different parts of Dollar Tree, which was really interesting. I connected with the finance team the most. Everybody was pleasant and you learn a ton.

Cons:

I probably would have gotten more experience with a more niche intern role.

Advice for other students:

Dollar Tree is a great place for the summer and everybody has heard of it.
