Pros:
- Assisted in a Mutual Fund audit which was really interesting.
- Great manager.
- Worked in a team of about 20, so I really got to become close with my co-workers and know the different roles.
- Used and learned auditing software and Bloomberg.
- Worked during busy season. This allowed me to gain access to what it's like during busy season and the internship took place while I was in school (that way I could intern again in the summer).
Cons:
Audit can get boring and tedious. You really need attention to detail.
Advice for other students:
Interning for Deliotte, PWC, KPMG, or Ernst and Young really puts you in a great position to land a fulltime job. They are all great companies.
