Pros:
Get to work on the same projects as seasoned creatives and have the opportunity to get real world work produced. Learn from the best. Make connections.
Cons:
If you aren't dedicated and hate long hours, this internship isn't for you. You get what you put into it. Also, the equipment sucks- bring your own laptop / Wacom / monitor if you can.
Advice for other students:
Take on only what you can handle, but make sure you are putting out the absolute best work for what you are working on. Maintain a positive attitude, don't annoy your CDs / ACDs. Don't act like an intern.

As an intern at Crispin Porter Bogusky, I worked in the recruiting and account management units. I loved the variety. I helped the Burger King, Dominos and Coke Zero teams. The office is very cool and all the people are smart/down to earth. Cons:
Everybody at Crispin works hard. You are expected to put in relatively long hours.
Advice for other students:
I think CPB gets well over 1,000+ internship applications each summer. Don't be lame and just send the resume, get creative.

Pros:
I interned in the Miami office and had an eye-opening experience. There is a lot of work to do but they really treat the interns well. I always felt like a real employee and enjoyed working on real projects. The department 101s were really informative and I liked how this internship allows you to explore the other departments when you have time. Overall, a great experience and an unbelievable internship.
Advice for other students:

Pros:
As an intern be prepared for a large work load. There is never a dull moment here. There was always work to be done but it is all worth it. They really want the interns to get the most out of this program through a mentoring program, department 101s and a project specifically for interns. I learned so much from my time at CP+B. It is definitely a "balls to the wall" experience but why would you have it any other way? At CP+B they don't just make awesome ads-they change culture!
Cons:
None.

Pros:
This was one of the most memorable experiences of my life! The culture and people at CP+B are amazing. Everyone is willing to stop what they are doing to help you out even if they are ridiculously busy. Everyone treats you as if you already are an employee. Interning at CP+B is not just about the work, these people are extremely social and always make sure to include the interns in for any of their social gatherings. If you really want to get your feet wet in the advertising world this is the internship that will give you the most opportunity and best experience!
Cons:
