Cambridge Associates is a hidden gem, intern there if you can! I was able to network through alumni to land the internship position (UVA).

Pros:
- Cambridge Associates hires a ton of recent college grads, so as one of their few summer interns, unless you really mess up, you are basically guaranteed a job offer.
- Office is young and nice. Everybody around Cambridge is friendly and there is lots of hanging out together on weekends and after work. I really enjoyed this.
- Smart group and they made money.
- Good boss.
Cons:
It's not investment banking or private equity type work.
Advice for other students:
Cambridge Associates is a good place to learn the investment mgmt evaluation business with a touch of consulting. I had a fun summer.
