Pros:
- Interesting assignments. I was tasked with helping think about, research, and execute on restaurant training/education.
- This made me really like HR and training related stuff.
- Enjoyed the strategy side of this.
Cons:
I hope I can translate this experience into a skill or quality resume item when applying for entry level jobs.
Advice for other students:
Brinker International is well run and I highly reccomend interning there. hope this helps!

Pros:
- Got to see all sides of the business through surveys, marketing analytics, and product related issues.
- Really interesting to synthesize the feedback data.
- Strategic initiatives to make systems better were very interesting. I was able to go to important meetings and weigh in with my thoughts.
- Everybody in the Dallas office was very friendly.
- Trust they gave me, even as an intern.
Cons:
none really.
Advice for other students:
Brinker international is well run.
