Pros:

- Enjoyed the design projects. Worked on email templates, e-commerce design, etc.
- Fair hours and nice people. Friendly.

Cons:

- Felt like people were heading into jobs instead of innovating. Culture isn't as strong/optimistic as I thought it would be.

Advice for other students:

Apply online and use a portfolio.
