Pros:
Bailey Gardiner= a perfect score for interns. BG is a fantastic group of people producing great work in a beautiful city. BG puts a tremendous amount of effort into giving their interns valuable agency experience and it is a delight to come to the office everyday.
Cons:
I wish they made more entry level hires.
Advice for other students:
Apply here instead of the large agencies.
