Pros:
We just kicked off an 8 week internship program and so far it's amazing. There are 20 of us in boston and 7 in NY. We are on real projects, have a great speaker series lined up with people across departments and at all levels of the company. And they're going to make offers to some of us who do a great job and are ready for work.
Cons:
so far no complaints.

Pros:
Arnold has a cool office and the client brands were incredible. I worked on brands like McDonald's and Panasonic. I was able to assist in research, competitive analysis, brainstorming, focus groups, and writing creative briefs. I really connected with the creative side of things and got along well with the creative teams. Also, I was able to pitch in and help on new business which is a crazy fun process.
Cons:
Landing a fulltime role is hard.
Advice for other students:
Know an agency's clients during the application and interview process.

Pros:
- Arnold's office and people are top notch.
- Cool accounts. I was able to work on the "truth" campaign.
- Market research was more interesting than I thought it would be.
- Happy hours.
Cons:
- Unpaid.
- During the school year, not summer.
Advice for other students:
My advice is to get to know your manager and other senior people. The advertising world is all about relationships and so are jobs - people move from agency to agency and you need to build up relationships.

Pros:
- Helped to maintain Truth social channels: Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Arnold has a sweet office.
- I also got exposure the the Progressive account. Between Progressive and truth, I can't ask for much more account wise.
- NYC.
- Arnold was open to my ideas about different digital creative we could use for Truth.
- Allowed me to interact at client meetings.
Cons:
Not a ton of creative work. Account and creative are kind of separate.
Advice for other students:

Pros:
I loved interning at Arnold. It's a great agency with incredibly smart, driven people. The New Balance account was a great fit as I love the brand. I've been wearing the shoes forever. Most of my worked involved research and analysis. Tons of competitive tracking and analysis. Arnold does a great job getting interns into the account team.
Cons:
Didn't get to see too much creative brainstorming. It's interesting to me the dynamic between creative and account.
Advice for other students:
Arnold is a great place and I highly recommend an internship there.

Pros:
Interning at Arnold was a great experience. I was assigned the Royal Carribean account and my work included organizing the asset database, research Carnival, and consumer insight research. The real value of the internship came in understand and seeing the day-to-day of an ad agency.
Cons:
This was a fall internship, so I didn't feel like I really got to be a real part of the team. It's tough to give somebody 15 hours or so of work each week.
Advice for other students:
Get as many internships as you can and stay connected with your previous managers.

Pros:
My internship at Arnold Worldwide was terrific. I went into it not knowing what to expect and being a little intimidated. I was assigned to the Progressive Insurance account and the account team couldn't have been nicer. They've also been doing incredible work. At Arnold, I was able to make recommendations based on competitive analysis, helped organize brand experience projects, and participated in positioning brainstorming.
Cons:
Unpaid, I got school credit.
Advice for other students:

Pros:
I interned out of the DC office and really enjoyed it. We got to see all parts of the business and accounts. I think there was about a dozen other interns and a lot of us loved living and working in DC. The highlight of the summer was when we split up into 2 teams and we pitched the senior management at Arnold DC an ad campaign for a current client. Really enjoyed it.
Cons:
This is unpaid and because of legal/client billing, there are some times where there is not a ton of work to do.
Advice for other students:
Looks great on the resume and DC is a blast. I know it's unpaid, but Arnold is a well known employer brand.
