Pros:

Interning at Allstate provided the opportunity to utilize my skills and talents to contribute to the greater good of the organization. I received meaningful work and played a significant role in coordinating the internship program. I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. Allstate has proven to be a wonderful company that genuinely cares about its employees.

Cons:

This led to a fulltime HR job and I love it.

Pros:

- Managed several projects in technology and operations at Allstate.
- Given freedom.
- Allowed to suggest new ideas on possible efficiencies.

Cons:

You have to be super organized.

Advice for other students:

My advice is to get internships early in your college career.
