Pros:

- This internship position really allowed me to see the high level economics of how an Accenture consulting engagement works.
- Trusted to manage daily operations, financial analysis, and
- Learned the Accenture project mgmt system.
- Accenture has a very high intern to full-time offer percentage. Most of us received full-time offers.
- Smart people.
- Pay and trip to Chicago.

Cons:

- A lot of project management and reporting.
- Can be competitive.

Advice for other students:

Grades matter. Also, Accenture recruits from certain campuses, if they come to your campus - go to their event.

Pros:

- Accenture took all the interns to Chicago for a conference one weekend. It was a great event.
- Networking and other events for interns.
- Internships lead to offers.
- Great boss.
- I did get the feeling that Accenture cared about my professional growth and how best to position my career after senior year.
- HR team is good to work with.

Cons:

- I was assigned to a project that wasn't too interesting and did have some down time.

Advice for other students:

GPA matters. Also, take some technology courses.
