Pros:
- Smart and analytical marketing team.
- My manager, and well, everybody in general was very friendly at Eastman. It felt like people had been there for a while and they all felt comfortable.
- b2b marketing there is good and it's something that all of my student peers overlook as they go for the ad agency type gigs.
Cons:
- Tough to be creative.
- Kingsport is no NYC.
Advice for other students:
Eastman is a good company with a strong marketing group and I'm thankful for the experience.
